That's awful. I get those episodes sometimes but with me i know I am in a half dream state where I can't call out or only barely get a sound out, paralyzed and I have to somehow force myself to wake up. I have woken up to find my husband and kids laughing at the weird calling out noises I make while I am trying to wake up lol!
Anyway, let me know if you try the tea...I think i'm going to order some.
