Histamine levels

Can anyone tell me what kind of testing I can get to find out my Histamine levels either from a regular doc or a Naturopath? How do you know if you are high low or normal? I did look on line to see symptoms of each and even did one of those quizzes to see where my symptoms fall but my responses fell in both the high and low categories not leaning more either way.
