I found a company that does Histamine Intolerance testing for $155 (150 AU- the company is out of Australia), as I am looking into the issue myself. I've also heard of doing niacin flushes, but honestly I would rather pay the $155 rather than send myself into a tailspin trying to challenge my body. Here is the link:

Of course, like any test, there's probably info out there saying it's unreliable and some saying it's great. I personally like tests because at least they provide some guidance. Please let me know if you decide to do it!

In the states you can have it done for about $60 ordered online without a doctor, I had it done and got a borderline high result.

The first thing I would do is the aforementioned niacin flush test. You could also take an otc antihistamine and see if you dramatically feel better.

Tough thing to address because if you have a food allergy or autoimmune issue or undermethylation you will have histamine issues. I got high-ish results and then attempted to lower my histamins, it helped a little but not a lot.
