That's quite a log of eggs, meat, and fish to be consuming every day.
I would definitely suggest eating some plant food - steamed leafy vegetables, broccoli, asparagus, etc. Try to aim for a balance on your plate, with different colours, tastes, and textures.
Almonds should be fine, however try to opt for raw, unsalted almonds instead of the roasted variety. To ease digestion, you may wish to soak a few over night in a cup of water, then peel the skins off in the morning.
I try to eat a handful of pre-soaked almonds and walnuts each day.
