Do enemas when you get constipated. You cannot get rid of parasites, especially in the gut, without some discomfort. But better out than in.
It is probably parasites, mold AND candida. They all go hand in hand and work synergistically together. Many parasites are pleomorhip. They mutate in cycles. You get them diagnosed this week. Next week the doctor cannot find them. It is because they have morphed into another creature and your doctor isn't even testing for it. The symptoms you are having right now are more important than the symptoms you had a week ago when you had a lab test done.

I use to have really bad gas. Both beans and broccoli would put me in so much pain I had to lay down. I was infested with ascaris. Since I have eliminated most of them, maybe all, I can eat both beans and broccoli without any gas at all. It is rather amazing. The food I used to dread to eat, I now love it. You are learning how to listen to your body, and that is good.
