Great post Chiron, I couldn't agree with you more.

Mainstream Nutritionists have brainwashed us for decades into believing that breakfast was the most important meal of the day, but what they fail to realise is that the demand for food is brought about by calorific expenditure, and the more calories we burn, the greater the response from the body into replacing them. I mean, how many calories do we burn while sleeping and in a state of physical/mental rest?
This is just plain old common-sense.

My first meal of the day is always in response to my body telling me that I need nourishment........lunchtime or brunch-time as it is called sometimes. Perhaps we should send a copy of "The No Breakfast Plan and the Fasting Cure" by Dr Edward Hooker Dewey MD and they just may learn something.

You may like to know that the ADA or The American Dietetic Association are currently trying to legally monopolise nutritional advice throughout the USA and outlawing all others..........
