I agree with South London about the carbs.
- Dizziness has a lot to do with adrenals. When you are out of shape (stress; emotional or others) a coffee can challenge your adrenals, due to coffeine.
If you are not addicted to coffee like me, I also suggest green tea. If you need your coffee, there are other ways around the adrenals. Carbs is in most food; the body makes it even out of meat or fat.
- Vit C and Sugar is quite like each other if one look at the atomic structure. It is pretty much carbons stuck together. The adrenals need vit C, salt, vit B. Some licorice root I have found helpful.
