Answering the orignal Q from my own experience...

I started mega dosing on oral vitamin C late last week, to about 20,000 grams a day, after the biggest "adrenal crash" (stress precipitated apparently) of my life, and after feeling worse than I have ever felt in my life. Hypoglycemia was so bad that I was eating something every 1/2 hour, if even a slice of pear, to not be shaky and weak. The oral C did help somewhat.

Then I started making liposomal C. It's only the third day and it is almost scary how much better I feel! Scary because I'm almost afraid to dare to think that I'm really going to feel okay now. In fact, I do feel pretty okay now. The difference is very dramatic.

Just praying the benefits of liposomal C will last and even increase over time - but then after prayer I did feel led re Vitamin C earlier last week. :-) I did start out drinking a great deal of it, and will even increase the amount when I get the sodium ascorbate that will replace the standard ascorbate C I have now. (It was hard to get my urine ph above 6.5 with the current C and I feel better at a bit above 7.0.) How much have I drunk? The whole batch of 1 1/2 cups, daily, sipped on hourly until about 3 hours before bedtime. No side effects btw as with the oral C that caused a bout of light diarrhea.

Great clip from 60 Minutes on how a man was saved from doctors pulling the plug on him in the hospital through use of IV C and then liposomal C.
