I'm so glad you've had it removed, and that you've found this forum! I believe I've heard of sinus issues with the IUD, although I didn't personally deal with it. But honestly, any kind of strange physical symptom associated with removal or occurring during obvious hormonal shifts (ie. period or ovulation) could be attributed to the IUD. The impact it can have on our bodies is huge. I developed some strange issues a month AFTER removal which I'd never had previously, and I realize it was due to the radical shifts in hormones taking place.
