Are these symptoms related to candida overgrowth? Help requested.

I was placed on Bactrim DS, twice daily, for 8 years due to acne. Also stints of other Antibiotic use due to dental or surgery. I'd say I took breaks about 25% of the time during the 8 years.

I have white tongue.
Bloating for no reason.
Unexplained weight gain and inability to lose fat. (I lift heavy weights and do cardio) My diet is excellent and organic only.
High cholesterol except I exercise daily and eat extremely clean.
High blood pressure but I'm in my 20's with no reason for it.
Itchy skin with hives sometimes and my nose gets insanely itchy randomly.
Heavy brain fog and extreme mood swings (anger) when eating dairy or heavy gluten.


The worst sign is ACNE. If I eat any dairy, I will break out in cysts within a day or a few days. If I avoid dairy or excessive sugars then I do not have a pimple at all.

I also get frequent urinary infections (4-5 in the last 7 years).

I've also had a yeast infection (skin) in the groin area twice which I understand is rare.

I quit all Antibiotics 2 years ago but the symptoms persist.



So far I have tried going gluten and dairy and mold free for 3 months straight while on probiotics and oregano oil, coconut oil. No change.

I have been dairy free as much as possible for the last 2 years and currently on Dr. Uhura's.

What the hell can I do? My primary care doctor says there are no tests for candida overgrowth. I believe most diseases are due to candida or poor gut health and it's freaking me out.

Should I go on a strong prescription anti-fungal? Will I ever been able to live a normal life without being on probiotics?
