Using propolis, no. Experience with bee pollen and royal jelly, yes. Heard it is important to make sure one isn't allergic to bee stings before using either.

Molybdenum and milk thistle are common liver support supplements.

Think far too many people brush things off to die off symptoms far too easily. Not sure how one can tell die off from other responses, personally.

Agree, my chronic sinus issues are defo candida related; think the same with many allergic responses due to candida causing leaky gut which puts the immune system on hyper drive and allow large molecule food particles to enter the blood stream which the body mounts an immune response to 'invaders' while trying to digest just about anything. A negative feedback loop.

The addition of acv in a few days has really helped my tongue issues and doing wonders on my sinuses as well.
