Depends on what it is... hard to tell if it's fermentation or food allergies ...

Mostly reactive hypoglycemia and brain fog.... tiredness... etc...

I've had to limit myself to mostly paleo style eating

1.5lb 85/15 turkey ground
5T Ghee
Raw veggies
and a bit of quinoa (only a serving)

and that has been working great... it all depends on your situation I guess..
