Eating dairy or fruit tends to make me feel nauseous, same goes for
Sugar but I've avoided direct
Sugar for well over a year so it's hard to remember anything specific.
Carbohydrates such as potato , sweet potato and to a certain extent gluten free bread tend to give me more energy and digest ok. Grains are probably best left to a minimum though.
I think the dairy and fruit may simply be allergies or an intolerance caused by a leaky gut , the
Sugar a problem because of candida ( best to avoid it anyway ) but as I've learnt whilst dealing with this I personally now believe it's important to have carbohydrates in your diet. A cleanse may be ok but don't cut them out for too long.
