I just started using coconut oil for a 6 month eye infection and found your post. YES, you are right on. I have the same problem, SAND like staff coming out of my eyes, and my eyes are constantly itching. The eye doctor prescribed Cipro drops, Cipro oral, sulfa meds, you name it. I tried Castor oil and it helped, but it is hard to reaply at work. The coconut oil is my total hope. How long does it take to eliminate the larvae/worm from the eyes?
