Re: White coating on tongue

ACV, which I have been only using for the last week everyday religiously (one teaspoon in water 3 times a day), has seemed to clear my tongue really well. I agree with Candi - I use Braggs Raw ACV. (It is only like 4 bucks - one of the cheapest things I have tried so far!)
I also agree with Candi that you need to do a comprehensive program - diet, probiotics, and antifungal - to get at the root cause of what is wrong. There are a lot out there - do your own research to decide which one sounds best to you. (There are a lot of options listed on candidadiet.com). I use one by Jordan Rubin - my tongue back months ago was so furry, it was hard to swallow -disgusting. Primal Defense, coconut oil, and a low-carb, Weston Pricey diet has gotten my candida under enough control that I only had a thin coating.
But the ACV has seemed to make my tongue almost pink in a weeks time- so if your main concern is just your tongue and bad breath, I would definately try Braggs ACV!
