White coating on tongue

Hi. I've noticed a white coating on the back of my tongue that never seems to go away. My wife has been noticing severe halitosis that started around the same time this thrush appeared. I just bought some apple cider vinegar from the grocer, but will it 'cure' this and how do I use it? Please, only those who have tried ACV and gotten positive results need to respond! Tweet
