You're really doing your research. The oil pulling alone should do the job without all the heavy anti-bacterials like oregano oil to keep down bacteria in root canals, cavitaitons, etc. Bacteria is attracted to and lives in fat whenever possible - which is why OP works so well.
Oregano oil is strong stuff and I'm not sure I'd use it daily every other week ongoing just as a preventative. But what do I know? Half the fun of any of this is experimenting. One of the few areas the "if it feels good - do it" applies without getting you in too much trouble.
Since Q10 increases energy in every cell of your body and you're practically mainlining the stuff with OP, I'm sure it's one of the reasons for your extra energy. Is your health improving along with your energy levels?
