Re: UT for PCOS or endocrine disorders?
Can you tell us how you are doing nine months later?
I read a post here somewhere about urine enemas, and how they were able to effect changes where oral urine was not strong enough.
Have you tried urine fasts of a day or so now and then?
I'm very interested in the effect that UT can have on women's hormone imbalances. I have a mild form of PCOS--kept in check through a lifetime of good diet. But even with the best diet, environmental toxins play a role. In my generation, as we get older, the lead we were exposed to as children in the 50s and 60s is released from the bones, causing all kinds of endocrinal problems. I just completed peri-menopause and I don't know if the unbelievable hot flashes resolved because of that or because of the metal detox I did a couple months ago. I am definitely sleeping better since beginning UT about four weeks ago.
The sweetness of sleep after ingesting one's morning urine full of one's own melatonin is close to how I remember sleep feeling in childhood. It has to be hugely healing to be that blissfully relaxed.
