Re: Dry Skin - Too much sodium or too much potassium

Hi

Average person should take 300-400mg Mg and 800-1500mg Ca so ratio around 1:2,5.

Cooper/Zinc 1:10 in food.

Rest are less important.

With Candida take ratios in every meal.

Salt and potasssium give me herx and flare ups.

Potassium / Sodium ratio 3:2 !!!

Sodium 3000mg and 4500mg potassium. Do not take more then 3200-3300 sodium, cuz more then 5000mg chlorine is not recommended for anyone.

My Score from different ratio Na/K then 1:1,2 up to 1:2,1 daily basis ?
- constipation
- Candida flare ups
- dry skin
- lose waight
- numbness, tingling
- die-off (neverending)
- dry throat
- dehydration
- anxiety
- lack of apetite
- IBS
- headache (from die-off)
- more
