Dry Skin - Too much sodium or too much potassium

Hi

Dry skin specially between fingers is a symptom of low sodium/chloride or low potassium intake in food.

Homeostatic Balance required ratio around 1:1,7 for Potassium.

Sodium / Potassium ratio from 1:1,2 up to 1:2,1.

You have low chance to overcome candida with other ratios or it take years.

Advice: 3:2 for potassium in every meal, 3000mg of sodium(will be around 4500mg chloride) per day and 4500mg potassium / day.

Best
