Re: need some sleeeep :(
Wired,
I'm just referring to things like Lead, Cadmium, Aluminum. Not sure why your lab refers to them as minerals....they are metals. Your levels are low but my hair analysis also showed low levels of aluminum and mercury which even a small elevation shouldn't be in our body and there may be more of lurking in our body than we think.
Your overall levels of mineral look close to being in range but when you look at them individually but when you look at the important ratios like CA/K, CA/Mg etc they are all off.
Yes this is the hair analysis via ARL labs in Arizona USA that most people on this forum are doing.
The ARL supplements are not ridiculously expensive, but you generally have to work with a practitioner who will charge anywhere from $150-$250 for the initial consultation and then when time comes for a hair retest the fee is lower. That comes about every 3-4 months.
They also put you on a diet according to your metabolic type which it looks like you are a slow oxidizer like me.
The ARL labs sends you a full booklet about 20-30 pages explaining your personal results. That was an eyeopener for me as I got to see on paper why I am feeling so crappy.

It's not a walk in the park to go through the detoxing and rebalancing that the supplements put you through but many in dire situations have healed this way....but it takes the patients of steel which I don't always have.
Is it hard to get good advice on these things in the UK?
