Stringy stool... worms or undigested fiber?

I started taking Paratrex (basically just a blend of Black-Walnut , Wormwood , and a couple other things) the day before yesterday. I also take caprylic acid, oregano oil, chlorophyll, garlic, grapefruit seed extract, and Cholestepure (not sure if it would have any effect on parasites but I take it because I was possibly exposed to mold and it's supposed to bind to toxins). Last night before I went to bed I took two of the Sanar 2002 Colon Cleanse capsules.

I used the bathroom this morning and didn't get a good look at it because most of it got covered by toilet paper (I'm not the type to reach into the toilet and move it) but I did look at the paper when I wiped and noticed a string inside the stool. It was very small, just like a corn silk or something. The only thing I can thing of that I ate yesterday that would've caused that is a tiny amount of asparagus in some pasta I ate, or chicken. Basically, I'm just not sure if stool is supposed to be naturally stringy or if I saw some kind of worm. Thanks!
