Re: Food intolerances/allergies, maybe more important that you would thought

Hey Onwards. Im in the GARD diet now since this morning. Today had NO pain whatsoever with my coffee enema, only some discomfort ( coffee enemas are the main triggers of this type of pain in me, but very cold water does it too like certain foods like cashews) and I had TWO spontaneous bowel movements. GB3 its doing its thing! :) I am sold in this diet, at least for a while. I can honestly say in this last years I havent had more than 10 days of having two bowel movements. I have been seriously constipated for a long while.

I think coffee enemas are irritating for the prostate or the area or maybe its a detoxification symptom. Anyway I have been doing coffee enemas for months now and only have had this pain a couple of days. Therefore I assume some foods were causing major inflammation and together with the coffee enemas I had prostatitis. Plus I used to have the beginning of arthritis... in ankles, wrists etc... not anymore! Elimination Diet FTW!
