Potato looking parasite...

I've been treating for parasites and have had a positive test from Metametrix Labs for hookworms. However, I'm passing what appears to also be Tapeworms and liver flukes too (and globs of other stuff as well).

Recently I passed some "diced potato" looking things about 1/8-1/4 inch diameter. Couple of them had blood stained into it. It does appear to have the consistency of a potato too but I don't eat nightshades so it isn't potatoes. Any idea what this might be?

I'm taking a break from Albenza right now, but wonder if it would be OK to take Ivermectin while taking a break from Albenza or should I just take a one week break from both?

How often can a person do coffee enemas? Every time I do a coffee enema more parasites come pouring out of me. Is it safe to do on a daily basis?
