I know how the insomnia strikes on you man. I can be feeling really good for some days and even one day of bad insomnia will make me feel like I have lost all my progress. If we could solve that issue and sleep a solid 9 h per day the "disease" would be cured much faster. But you are caught in a loop in which the body no longer can even do the basic thing of calming down to repair and detox. Hang in there, because there are ways out the loop and many people made it.
