Nutritional balancing round two
Here we go again..
after dithering around for most of the summer experimenting with food, candida, and histamines I have crashed big time. Really disheartening, palpitations and insomnia are back in full force. Things aren't as bad as they once were, but I started college again, and a new job, and did a few rounds of weight lifting and that just tipped the scales and sent me into a crash I think.
Anyways, out of challenges come opportunities. So I am going to get back to nutritional balancing and begin a new protocal based on my retest from July (which I ignored at the time). Here's the new protocol:
SBF formula
Limcomin
EnZaid
Thym-adren
Paramin (will substitute for a cheaper Calc/Mag)
Endo AC (will substitute for a cheaper Vit. C)
How does this look to everyone? I am worried that both limcomin and SBF have copper in them..
The issues I have trying to resolve are candida, very high potassium to normal sodium, low calc/mag, low iron, and mild but improving copper toxicity. Any other ideas or feedback are appreciated.
