Sugar is like a drug for me. I know I am a Sugar addict. What works best for me is not to have any at all. If I eat Sugar I will crave it for at least 3 days and then the cravings will stop.
The Wilson diet removes all things sweet so it is much easier for us Sugar lovers. I know I couldn't eat some at breakfast as I too would be craving it all day.
With that being said I do have one sugar treat per month and have some at birthdays but often pass even on celebrations. Sugar is one serious drug to overcome and is very damaging to the body.
