I'm hoping some light is shed on what the heck is up with my body
Just after 3 days of slowly drifting into the diet i have noticed a better ability to fall asleep at night so i'm hoping it does get better and better.
I miss playing my guitar, singing (i was a vocalist), studying (i do i miss school), playing sports, running, taking walks,
but working out hard core in the gym, even if i'm able to is prob something i won't get heavily back into, it's just not worth the risk for me, as long as i can keep in shape by eating properly and exercising lighly i'm cool
