Hehehe I knoooow I am eating SWEET potatoes two times per week (drwilson does accept those two times per week) and normal potatoes along with legumes like chickpeas from time to time because my family encourages this cheats with continous cooking of delicious spanish stews.
But trust me, I AM in the diet. Im suffering this diet every day. The good thing its the "suffering" its lessening. I have got ridden of certain addictions already like bread, crispies, pasteurized dairy and etc. Honey, fruit and other natural sweets have show up as my biggest addictions, they were hidden because I thought they were "healthy" and I was stuffing myself with them a lot.
