Eyelid inflammation for months!

Hello! Can anyone help me with this? Im worried about my friend István. He cannot post in curezone because he uses the psp for getting into internet and has no computer.

My friend in his early twenties has this eye condition and cant excess the internet.He has eyelid inflammation going on,might be blespharitis.He tried warm water to losen the crusts and then phisically remove it with a tooth pick.Lost 4/5 of his eyelashes but I cant make him go outside as he is severly phobic of hospitals,dentists and people in general.Sees halos at city lights or colored halos during the night around his fluorescent room light but not everytime.He says the severity of blurred vision and halos depend on the eyelashes.If he loses at least two lashes during the day he will have blurry vision for the rest of the day.He also says the halos disappear after washing the eye but reappear within 10 minutes.Please help this desperate friend with home remedies as washing his eye makes more lashes to fall out and he already lost most of them.

What can be done?

He has had the inflammation in the left eye for two months already! :(
