Candida releases alcohol byproducts from sugars that can cause head fog/disrupt cognitive function. Also, if candida's cell membrane leaks(caused by sporanox) it can cause an inflammation response in the body which can lead to more histamine production. Added histamine can cause brain fog as well. Antifungal drugs that cause candida's cell membrane to leak can cause a wide range of symptoms including head fog. A better approach seems to be to inhibit candida or disaggregate/disrupt its internal cell membrane without causing cell membrane "leakage".
