Re: Fasted 5x for 20+ days. This ones the hardest. But why?

Chris, I think my diet now has been the best it's ever been. I'm consistantly healthier. Mainly raw salads and soups n vitamin shakes.

Everyonce in a while I'll treat myself to something but it's not a lifestyle like it used to be.
