Re: Fasted 5x for 20+ days. This ones the hardest. But why?

i'd be inclined to consider "retracing". I think my first two longer (29, 21 days) wfasts were easier than the ensuing ones, even the shorter ones. We go backwards through layers
and then probably go deeper. It might be that some of our younger sicknesses or points of toxicity or trauma are the most depleting, on revisiting, esp since we are (or may be) revisiting a younger self--perhaps even pre-verbal...
think how much babies sleep, for instance.

just a theory.
but really, every wfast is unique and distinct. For every low, I like to expect/anticipate/trust there will be an equal up--a freeing of whatever obstacles are being temporarily met with. It's all about having imperishable patience. who knows what's going on, on whatever levels! The body is a marvelous instrument!
