Re: every day a struggle

Yes, it could be chronic fatigue. You have to consider it just as another aspect of your immune-system which is burdened by toxins and/or deprived from good nutrients.
If your brain does not get, for ex, enough tryptophane, you will not feel good-humoured but depressed.
The 8 foods containing tryptophane are (my alternative doctor advised me to eat them):
tomatoes
chocolate
bananas
walnuts
grapefruit
avocadoes
pineapples
prunes
Anyway, you should avoid chocolate and walnuts, and Sugar as much as possible, because they are not good for your cortico-surrenal glands, which are also implied in the good functioning of your immune-system and in the balancing of your moods.
It takes a long time to get well, but from my experience, many months of correct supplements and healthy nutrition can give you back your energy!
I wish you all the better in your life, because you need to re-examine and certainly change some things in your love/ job/ family relationships too. I am sure of that.
Good luck to you.
Claudia
