I exercise regulary, eat healthy and I have been on prozac for about three months now. My anxiey levels have decreased but I still suffer Depression every now and then although not as bad as before. I don't feel healthy any more and haven't for many months. It could be one of the things that triggered my depression. I suffer from insomnia and have started taken sleeping pills only when really needed. I'm starting to feel more exhaused than ever now my body is so heavy everything is a real effort. I'm starting to feel depressed over again. I try so hard to get by every day. Could I be suffering from cronic fatigue?
