Shoveling snow 12 - 14 hours a day, no wonder. That is extremely hard work. You must have some upper body muscle! Yeah I had gone through tons of stress and was staying up to late and hiking a lot when my AF hit me. At the same time I was taking in tons of copper foods. I am close to getting over the AF but it's been three years of research and trying different things. Fianlly I started a copper detox and general detox and that has been by salvation. Meditation has been a great for me too. I am glad you found something that will help you.

I did try the fungal route a year ago or so ago, but I was using castor oil and ACV. I thought that would kill fungus. Maybe not you never know. I am going to the store and getting the Lotimin and Canesten and give it a try. Thanks for the tip.
