Time Frame for crashes?

Does there seem to be a pattern as to when many of us have our crashes? I am just about 2 months post removal. I did have a crash 2 weeks after removal. As with many of us, felt great right after it was out, but I haven't had a very long span of feeling really good since. I am really bloated again with abdominal pain, left side and hip pain. It is really getting on my nerves. Also having the concentration problems again. Thankfully, my hair is staying in my head and I'm not feeling really down or anxious. I want to start working out again (I've always done a combination of aerobic exercise and weight training), but it seems to aggravate my hip.

I just went for my 5th gyno appt. in 6 months, this time with a new doctor who is usually booked up for a few months. She seemed pretty good. She listened and acknowledged that she is hearing similar symptoms from more mirena users. She did an exam and everything felt normal. She did give me a referral for another ultrasound to rule out a cyst, or anything else.

Just wondered if this was another crash and if so what the cycle seems to be. Also, any suggestions for what specific vitamin and herbal supplements are most helpful would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Leslie
