There is no crystal that can help you do this. It can be an aid for your subconscious mind but you don't necessarily want to get involved with crystals since you are a human being and not a rock.

Boundaries are held by the ego. You must integrate your ego and work through your unconscious patterning using your intention and conscious command.

The only way to strengthen your boundaries is to strengthen them. This means not tolerating second class behavior from others. When you assert your boundaries, your subconscious counter programming will be triggered. Simply feel them, integrate the feelings into your body, and intend to dismantle the programming.

You have to work through traumas in your past and integrate the fragmented aspects of your psyche back into your energy field to seal up any holes or gaps allowing others energy in. Stay away from any new age or metaphysical groups, books, podcasts or whatever. Just don't tune into it. These forces are specifically designed to sabotage your natural boundaries.

And for goodness sakes learn to discern when your boundaries are being challenged. I am sure you soak up a whole slew of second class behavior and boundary violations iin your day to day life yet all I did here was make a funny comment and you respond sarcastically and condescendingly for "helpful and honest people". That is quite backwards. Learn discernment by getting in touch with yourself and being honest with yourself.

One thing that stengthens boundaries is visualizing a golden force field around you. That's it.
