Crystal for stayingin in own space(GROUNDED) whilst among others? Very important!

Hey everybody, thanks so much for what you are doing here! i have a very important issue and that is, that i find it very difficult to be by myself whilst among others. I did some encounter meditation before and learned how to stay centered and in tune with your inner self even when encountering many different people. It was hard at first, especially because i have trust and anxiety issues and just came out of a depression. It is fine right now and i am on a great path. Nevertheless, one cannot always be around spiritual, compassionate people ;D...and maybe I am also sometimes still encountering people with that old suspicious thinking? I am trying to stay centered and practice heartfelt compassion as much as possible, but when i need to perform, or sometimes when i am just not that balanced (no regular exercise, too little sleep, etc.) i feel bad around others. I feel as if i am putting on this ridiculous show. I feel it in the moment while I am doing it. So my question to you is, do you know of a crystal I can wear as kind of a shield? I feel like an energy absorbing sponge that is way too open for outside energies...which might be good in some situations, but definetely hinders me in my life. I find it hard to speak my mind ("please leave my appartment now, i need to do my assignments now and even though you could concentrate in that situation- i cannot. sorry." <- stuff like that!). I feel as if i am becoming the other/s!

so basically, I am looking for a stone, that is like a protector of my own space, whilst i am healing from anxiety.

Please tell me which stone could be of help ;) and why, too?
