If mercury is present rely not on iodine as a chelation treatment, because iodine isn't a chelator. It will make you worse and this was the trap in the beginning which bond me to bed.

For mercury I do cutler protocoll. For Lead one can use MSM and NAC and then try to catch the stirred up lead by dmsa and vitamin c. But do MSM and NAC only when you have at least 40-60 rounds of cutler chelation because it will stirr up extreme amounts of mercury leaving you in redistribution.
