Man it sounds like you're still in the same place you were a month or two ago. You need to make the decision to accept what is happening. You are resisting and feeling victimized but that is just making your mind more sensitive.
Don't worry about moving forward with recovery until you can center yourself. Look inward for any belief that you can recover. Connect with this feeling of hope. Not in the idea of it but literally connect to this feeling of hope and hold it all day long. Make that your priority to hold this feeling at all times for the couple of weeks. After this reevaluate where you are. This may sound silly to you but do it anyway. But if you do it, do it wholeheartedly.
