Gold Leaf

So I read piles of your posts Newport on this topic but haven't found an answer to this and Ive looked like a hawk.

I see you usually say to take 1-2-3 leafs a day. And I saw you said you took 20-50 leaves in a day. You were tying to kill a parasite I think.

So its my first day on gold leaf and I took 10 gold leaves and 3 silver ones (i like to start as big as I can I guess).

Is this safe to do consistently? By the way I feel fine I just want to be careful.
