I can not tell for sure but according to my experience, it was the colon. I thought it was the liver many times until I realized the pain was the inflammated colon as a result of the active yeast infection.
Anyway, stop everything aggressive to the liver, if the pain continue, it is probably the colon.
You need a MD to run tests or images to be sure it isn't something else.
