A Spontaneous Flush...

During the last month I have been on a mostly raw food cleanse. I consumed the usual molasses, acv, or salt drinks, oranges, fresh fruits (apples, mango, pineapple, strawberries, pears), green smoothies, charcoal or clay cocktails, zeolite drops, colosan and herbal colon formula.

I followed no particluar protocol but listened to my body as to what it required during the day. The purpose for this was to do a gradual detox that would lead up to my first liver flush. I had no time frame for when to do the flush trusting that my body would let me in on the right time to begin.

Last night I took my epsom bath and read some health articles. I was drinking an acv
drink and some roasted dandelion tea. Earlier in the evening I had a whole carrot juice and during the day a green smoothie made with parsley. I generally had at least one parsley smoothie every day in the last month. Jethro Kloss was very keen on parsley for removing kidney stones so I felt this would be a good way to get my minerals and to clear the kidneys.

After the bath I had a bm and discovered to my amazement that I had passed about a dozen amber colored stones two measuring 3/4 of an inch. This seems unusual since I thought that passing stones required the necessary ES and OO/citrus routine. (I failed to mention that I began taking the tbs of lecithin/OO in the evenings about a week ago). I know that MH has said this was effective but I believe he said it would be better to start it after doing one flush.

I feel as if the combination of everything I have been doing contributed to the stones releasing and that my intention was to allow my body to determine the terms of the flush without trying to force them out. So far so good.
