I believe all this is true. The problem today as I see it, is the load of people that is low in vit D, even if outside, tanning without sunscreen. I wonder if hypo T has a say in it, as I know 2-3 of my work colleagues with hypo T also test low in vit D. Even after a trip to Spain or other southern countries. Edit; even after loads of vit D3 pills from the doctor.
could it b the vit D test that isnt showing the right picture?
Or is it the converting system is wrong?
- it may be as simple that the enzymes converting the vit D from skin to liver to an active hormone are destroyed en masse of fluoride and mercury etc.
Always back to enzymes, not much work well without it, not even iodine.
