Hi I've had fear of flying too, that is fear of smelling on a plane lol. I don't know if this works for you, but what I'd do is exercise frequently at least a week before the flight, and the last time as close to the flight as possible (some hours). The exercise should be the type that makes you sweat a lot, 45min at minimum would be good. Having exercised first and then taking the shower I stay fresh much longer than without exercise, it's like I get rid of the abnormally smelly sweat that is building up in my body.
