Re: have a 14 hrs flight with this odor plz any help will be appritiable
Changing your diet to fruits and veggies will help but doesn't work over night.
Unfortunately, people aren't allowed to take many liquids or products on planes anymore. Here are some they might allow.
Personal wipes or baby wipes--Use them every couple of hrs. to clean your body and every time you use the bathroom.
Toothbrush and toothpaste--Don't know if they allow the tooth paste. If they don't, brushing with plain water the teeth and tongue should help a little.
Take several pairs of cotton socks and 2 pairs of shoes on carry on and switch the socks every couple of hrs. and shoes halfway through the flight.
Take another set of clothes on carry on with you and switch midway through the flight. Someone suggested I buy two identical clothes so no one knows I switched.
Gum and breath mints
People on here have suggested different soaps but can't remember which. I'd experiment and see which works the best on you.
I've read on the board that cotton clothes makes you smell less than synthetic.
Eat a salad during your flight instead of meat/fish/poultry. Avoid onions, garlic, or anything spicy. Eat a small meal. Avoid caffeine or sugar.
