Re: Swollen lymph glands anyone?

yep, my throat lymphs have gotten very swollen and sore. My guess is it's from fighting chronic sinusitis caused by candida/fungal. They got more sore once I started using Colloidal Silver nasal spray which is helping to clear out my sinuses. Use to get sticky round white stuff which was hard to clear to now, getting long stringy yellow strands to come out. Figure the sore lymps are a good sign, as much as they hurt and I wish they weren't.

Reading up on enemas presently and haven't begun them since there's reason to suspect the candida factory is in my sinuses not my colon. Not that my colon would be fine but, my issues have always been more upper GI, even if lower upper Gi than colon related. Which gets me thinking things may improve from addressing the sinuses. Besides, the people who have had the most remarkable improvement from enemas tend to use some agent like nystatin or Miracle-Mineral-Supplement rather than coffee/BS.
