"I don't agree with juicing. Any kind. The body was not designed to take nutrients that way. When you digest food we uptake nutrients, but also eliminate wastes via the bowel. You need fiber or else it will just be reabsorbed into the intestines.
I recommend smoothy type or blended drinks instead. Also the bitterness from kale and other greens is less. There is no fiber to throw away either. I usually mix in some fat or protein source which will make the drink even more smooth."

I think you should do both. They both have their advantages. A smoothy does have fiber. And if you have a good blender like a Vitamix you can get a really smooth drink. It is also generally faster to make a smoothy. Good for making salad dressings.
Juicing is more therapeutic though. You get way more nutrients when juicing. Faster absorption. Less energy for the body to digest it. The Gerson therapy requires juicing. No blenders are used. They don't want any fiber in the juice.
