hi. i read your email and i feel exactly the same. i used to be an athlete. honestly (3 years later) i'm not any more, principally as a result of changing my diet. i became a vegetarian. i didn't know how to do it at first, in the fashion of an idealist. i've learned a lot since, but i have not gotten yet where i want to be, which is undeniable subjective health. i don't study ayurveda, but i am interested in it and have read many many things about it. i study chinese medicine, but i am still a student and do not yet handle herbs, etc. i simply manage diet. drinking a lot of milk recently over some days, along with some fruit, somehow made me feel stronger. yet, i quickly became saturated and tired. what are the measures you personally have taken? generally speaking, i am pitta-vata, more vata these days, much to my misfortune, since it is not my natural build. hm... let me know. thanx.
